From boardrooms to council chambers and parliaments, this is a device for rooms where decisions are made and technology must not get in the way.
Two device versions
One shared base, two routes to the screen.
- Full Function (DCNM-MMFF) – all-in-one, with a built-in 10-inch touchscreen that adjusts through 180°.
- Docking (DCNM-MMDOCK) – BYOD: participants bring their own 10-inch or 14-inch tablet, connected over USB-C.
What defines the device
- Audio – an invisible array microphone driven by AI algorithms, optionally paired with a plug-in stem microphone.
- Display, controls and voting – speaker list, agenda, video and voting at the seat, plus hardware buttons on the base.
- Accessibility – tactile dots, haptic feedback, audible beeps during voting, subtitles through third-party integration.
- Reliability and investment protection – redundant core functions, Android platform, encryption, licence models.
Both setups
Either version can be flush-mounted into the conference furniture or placed on top as a table-top unit. The room architecture decides, not the device.
