The new DICENTIS Multimedia device comes in two versions built on a shared base, and each can be brought into the conference furniture in two ways. Platform, control logic and reliability are identical – what differs is where the screen comes from.
Full Function (DCNM-MMFF)
The all-in-one version with a built-in 10-inch high-resolution multi-touch display. The screen adjusts through 180°, so every participant sets their own viewing angle. Audio and image sit in a single, cleanly designed unit – the right choice wherever a calm, consistent table image matters.
- Integrated 10-inch display, 180° adjustable
- Participant App licence already included
- Integrated 13 MP camera, reserved for future use
- Android-based
Docking (DCNM-MMDOCK)
The BYOD version. The base carries audio, voting and controls, while participants supply the screen with their own tablet. It holds off-the-shelf tablets with a 10-inch or 14-inch display, connected over USB-C, which also powers the tablet. A local power supply is possible.
- Docking station for 10-inch or 14-inch tablets
- USB-C for data connection and power
- Runs the DICENTIS Participant App on Android; iOS support is announced for September 2026
- Tablets can be swapped quickly during a session
- The tablet is not part of the delivery
Flush or table top
Both versions share the same base and can either be flush-mounted into the furniture or placed on the table surface. The device adapts to the room architecture, not the other way round.
- Flushed: integrated into the furniture, with only the control surface visible
- Table top: placed on the furniture, with no intervention in the table surface

Accessories and prerequisites
Optional plug-in stem microphones come in four variants: DCNM-MICLC (long, cardioid), DCNM-MICLWC (long, wide cardioid), DCNM-MICSC (short, cardioid) and DCNM-MICSWC (short, wide cardioid). Both device versions require DICENTIS software version 7.0 or higher and one participant licence per seat.
